Great book; I approached it with much skepticism. It has nothing new in it. It just removes idealism and religion (& I'm religious) to teach readers to become one with the planet. Which becomes a oneness with the eternal spirit (my God). A lovely feeling that stays and helps you live in the present, not the past & future.
I highly recommend the web cast after reading the book. It goes a little further.
